Hi folks! I want to say thank you for having this forum and contributing to it. I found answers to a couple of minor problems with my '94 Olds. The car was given to me by my uncle in June 2013. At that time, it had only 55,350 original miles on it and had been parked for a year. The car is in very good condition (a few dings in the roof from a tree limb falling on it), clean, well maintained and a great ride (my only vehicle). It had a problem with it cranking and/or the engine dying going down the highway at any speed. After diagnostic codes indicated some bad sensors, I replaced the cam shaft position sensor and the crank shaft position sensor. The same codes kept popping up, so I finally replaced the computer and viola!! I have a great running car.

I still have a couple of small problems with it and I hope to find some solutions on the forum. So, thank you all again for your input, knowledge and willingness to help. I look forward to being a member!!
