Acording to my Haynes manual I would think your car is fuel injected if it is then it is saying to check the IAT, Intake air temperature sensor or its circuit. im not sure which year they made the switch from carbs, but if it has a carb then it is saying to check the mixture control solenoid or its circuit. I am new here too
Hope this helps!

23 intake air temp sensor out of range, low

Check the sensor for corrosion or damage. Fix or clean if needed. Try replacing the sensor.
