Default Repositioning the main computer from horizontal position to

I currently own a 2000Bonneville SSEI that we are removing the air box to make room for a 4pk HHO system. We added a K&n airfilter and need to take the computer and raise it verticle for room for the 4 generators in the engine compartment. Any suggestions on the building of a new housing to keep water off the computer and funnel air to keep it cool while driving? Also looking at maybe in the inside fender well area for placement of the generators on the frame as a possible avenue to explore.Any suggestions would be great,we need about 17 inches by 4 1/2 inches wide area or a area that is 8 inch by 9inches to p[lace the generators,Thanks for any input . Bob can email me at bobandannie@***.net

Your best bet to get the most responses and exposure is to start a new thread in Performance and Brainstorming.

Welcome to the forum, though.

The comptuer is completely fine in any position, and it is already weather sealed at the connections. No need to build a box.

You making something like tihs? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbv_2B-c0WQ

Welcome to BC from another Phoenician

Sounds like a very ambitious project

I know my '97 (as well as '98 and '99) has a stock vertical PCM holder and cover, but I don't think the 2000+ PCM will fit in the holder. '96 came with a holder with a lid that leaves most of the PCM open for airfolw I assuem, but again, I don't know if the 2000+ PCM fits in the holder. If you want to try to see if your PCM will fit in my '97'* PCM holder, it, I have no problem stopping by and letting you test fit it. Also, Intense-racing.com sells a PCM tray that allows you to relocate your PCM.
