hi all, new Minnesota guy...
Well, I don't currently own a Bonneville but I'm in the market. I have been mulling around and test driving cars trying to find what I like. I have always been a fan of the 3800 supercharged motor but did not like any of the GP'* that I drove, wanted something a bit bigger. I test drove an '03 Bonneville and really fell in love with the car. Now Im just waiting to find a color combo that I like (I can't decide). My wants are:
*American made
*Larger chassis
*Roomy and comfy for trips
*Plenty of base power and lots of room for mods and improvement.
*Do all this on a budget
*Supercharged (I love the whine of a roots blower)
Im looking for a car I can tinker with on the weekends and use as a cruiser/fun car. From what I see here it looks like the car Im looking for
While it is not a Bonneville, this is my daily driver, it'* a riot also
Anywhoo, thought I would check in and say hi

Thanks for the welcome guys. Purplehazeir, that would be cool!
Right now I'm having fun looking for and learning about the cars as well as the right course of action for mods. The way it looks right now I'm probably going to have to buy a car from further south than Minnesota. I'm not as much concerned about the miles on a car as I am about the amount of cancer she has on the bottom side. The cars with higher miles I have looked at in Minnesota are pretty cancer laden due to the lovely road clearing chemicals that MN-DOT uses here. Black Pearl, I will keep you posted. I have not really decided on a dollar amount yet, I guess it really depends on what I find. I'm one of those people that if I all of a sudden find what I want, I'll buy it.
Cool site you guys have here with lots of good info. It might be a bit but I'll keep you posted when I find the Bonneville I'm looking for
