Default 2006 Equinox HVAC fan inop

2006 Equinox HVAC blower not blowing. Exchanged 20 amp fuse in panel under hood, and exchanged relay from passenger compartment panel and neither made a difference.

Any suggestions?

Reading on the internet, it might be the blower resistor but I am not entirely sure where that is.

Are you able to access the blower motor electrical connector and test for voltage?

Not easily, but the more I read the more it might be the resistor. Problem is I can't locate the resistor.

take a test light and see if power and ground is at resistor first. It is a common problem to lose power at a harness connector located on the left side below a pillar behind kick panel.Heavy red wire.the terminal grows weak due to the load it takes
