Default p0200 code 03 Savana Van..no inj. signal on #2

Working on an '03 Savana Van (5.3).... showing P0200 code, along with the P0300 and P0302..... tested with a noid light if I had signal to the injectors.... I have flash to every injector but the #2 Cylinder Injector...... I tested the wire and I have 12 volts on the power lead, and I have 12 volts on the ground lead....... Therefore, BAD ECM? BAD Cam sensor? Ideas?

Why are you thinking CAM sensor? CAM doesn't drive the injectors.

12v power should always be on on the + of the injector when power is on. The PCM controls the GRND of the injector.

Disconnect the injector and measure the voltage with power on from a known good chassis ground.

Only reason I mentioned CAM was that I talked to an ASE Certified Mech. friend of mine this afternoon, and he mentioned an outside possibility of this..... I've tested the hot lead and have 12 volts there, and at the Negative side too, so I know it has a good ground....I'm thinking a Driver in the ECM is causing this problem.

If you have 12v+ on the negative side of the injector(when the injector is disconnected) you need to find out why/where this 12v+ is coming from.

Sorry, mistype.... I just meant 12V at the + side...... Tested negative just with my light, and it came on just fine to test ground.

Then its fine.
P0200 is the injector controller(PCM)
P0300 is a random misfire on ALL cylinders.
P0302 is a misfire on #2

You can't use a test light when testing injector circuits.

Do a continuity check between the PCM connector and injector 2. Then test for short to ground on both circuits

Well, you either have a short to voltage on Ckt#1746, or a bad PCM....

I you attached your test light to #1746 lead and a test ground, and your light came on, you have a short to voltage or a bad PCM.....

Or he tested the circuit wrong.

Use a DVM and put the black wire on GROUND. Then disconnect the injector. Probe BOTH leads to the injector with the RED probe. If you see 12v+ on both injector wires, then you have an issue.
