Well, 3 dissassemblies and 300 bucks later, I'm on the road again. For future inquiries the axle nut is 36mm, 15mm wrench for the hub assy bolts, and tie up the brakes so they don't fall when ur working--oooowwwww! I want to say thank you for all of you who offered advice and encouragement, it was all a great help and really appreciated. I will be visiting this site for any future repairs and look forward to staying on the road. PEACE!

While you were taking everything apart, did you notice it takes 5 nuts to keep the wheel on, but only 3 bolts to keep the wheel and hub connected to the truck?

Possible wheel bearing, easiest way to tell is jack up each side of the truck and grab top and bottum of tire and try to shake it. if there is no movement more than likely the bearings still good and you will more be looking for a bad cv jiont if its 4 wheel drive or possibly your brake pads could be shot and missing the ceramic lining causing metal on metal noise as well. But back to the wheel bearing test if it does have movement you need to look on the inside of the tire and watch that the wheel bearing movment and make sure that it it isn't bad ball jionts causing the the movment instead.
