Keyless entry/TPMS
Does anybody know what would cause all 4 tire pressure sensors and the keyless entry to stop working at around the same time? All 4 sensors were recently replaced before this issue. My vehicle is a 2007 Chevy suburban. |
Has the vehicle been scanned for codes? Especially "B" and "U" codes?
After the sensors were installed, were they programmed and did they work? Did a GM shop do this? Did you buy the sensors from a GM shop? It's imperative that the sensors be the correct number.... I assume you are getting dashes where there should be tire pressures? Do pressures display after driving the vehicle for a few miles? Then do they go back to dashes when you restart the car? Have you checked the fuse for the RCDLR(remote control door lock receiver)? It's the DSM 10A fuse.... Another possibility is a bad RCDLR..... |

also, the keyless entry seemed to stop working around the same time the tire sensors quit working

Sounds like it is time to check for codes like Tech II recommends.

oh, and the dashes are there all the time. i have checked for codes, and none pop up. I'm really stumped

Are you able to talk to all the modules?
