Wow you took the bed off..I thought about doing it like that but didnt have it in me.Kudos alot easier working below you than above your head with 25 gals of gas

The GMC is back oniine!!!!!!

There is 8 bolts, filler neck,filler vent, couple of plugs for the tail lights, 1 ground for the hitch connecter. I would do it again!

More on the fuel pump Ground wire:




Check out these pictures of the ground for the fuel pump. I didn't like the connecter it had some GREEN in it , so I replaced it! When I cut off the existing connecter, I went to strip some wire off for the new connecter. What I found was blacken wire, nothing bright or shiney! I kept striping wire about 1 inch at a time and it was still there,but also getting less noticable. I was running out of room to keep checking so I added a 10G with a GM connecter and solder it up and shrinked the splice.



I tryed to OHM some single strands on the wire to the far left and could not even get a reading, I did on some of the others but until I scrapeted on them with the probs.
