I have a 03 Silverado 2500hd, I have been having problems for a while,it has been misfiring, I changed plugs wires, coils fuel filter and fuel injectors, now I am getting a u1003 code. Loss of communication with Powertrain multiple control system. And anyone know what is could be? All the wires look good

First check to make sure mice have not eaten wires. Then check to see if your grounds are in good shape. Check your in and around the fuse box. Something is not letting it communicate. You might end up having to replace the interior box if are are sure all your wires are good

Is is the pcm the interior box? I’m not sure where to start looking

No the interior fuse box is when you first open the driver door. On the side of the dash.
Start by looking at your wires and grounds under the hood. Make sure they are not chewed or rusted/oxidized.
