Question 05 Sierra rack & pinion tie rod torque?

I have a 2005 Sierra SLE crew 2WD 5.3L with rack & pinion steering. I need to replace the left inner tie rod and need to know the torque for the inner tie rod to main rack, outer tie rod to inner tie rod jam nut, and the outer tie rod ball stud nut. Chiltons only has 133 ft-lbs for the complete rack & pinion unit to frame, which I don't need. They also seem to have all the specs for the recirculating ball type steering, but have omitted most of the rack & pinion info.
