Lifting Help!!!
I am trying to rotate my tires but i am running into some complications...
the two best tires were put on the back, and the two bad ones were put on the front... so i want to switch them. I have one jack, a scissor jack, and two jack stands. My thoughts were to just lift the drivers side switch the tires let it down lift the passenger side switch the tires... but i can't find anywhere to really jack up w/out bending, breaking somthing. Where is the best spot to put the jack to lift the car? and if i need to lift the front drivers side tire and put a jack stand then lift the rear drivers side then put a jack stand thats fine. If i was to lift somewhere in the middle then i don't think i would need the jack stands since i am only goin to have the car in the air for 1 - 2 min tops. Help... i need help asap - - i am supposed to be leaving soon thats why i wanted to rotate my tires. Thanks

First off...Owners manual tells you exactly where to jack.
Look under the side of your car. There'* a nice edge there..if you look..it'* reinforced right behind the front tire and right in front of the rear tire..it'* called the drip edge.

Also, i was not sure, but are you just moving the backs straight to the front? I know you only have two jack stands, but you really should do it right. The correct way is to take the back ones, switch sides with them, then put them on the front and the fronts come straight back
i dunno, what ever you want, but with a FWD configuration, it is not reccommended to do it the way you are..UNLESS you have DIRECTIONAL tires, but there are not many of those around...
