Wired Cold Weather noises in car.

Well.. My 97 Bonneville SE does some wierd stuff when it gets cold.. There is a noise, sounds like creaking wood kind of up under the right front end.. Ive had to 2 diff mechanics.. The strut is fine they both said its the bushings that got cold, Anyway its annoying.. And the 2nd noise sounds like my brake pads stick.. Ive got stock rotors and bendix ceramics brakes.. This is a far fetched idead, but this only happens when its like 20 degress and moisture in the air.. Could it be salt on the roads getting on my pads???
Any ideas??

The salt and moisture cause surface rust on your pads. The ceramic grabs it. Even without the rust, the ceramic pads will grab harder. This is what I would expect.

Your mechanic is right about he bushings on the struts. Most of us can expect some front suspension noise in cold weather.

Well...

Well... The suspension noise under the front end is acceptible.. I had a 92 oldsmobile delta 88 royale and it did that 2.. I gotta say tho I liked the Olds WAY better than the bonne, even tho i totaled her (RIP).. after 322,000 k.. Anyway... The Ceramic pads I had put on back in november and so far theyve done great..But The noise Sounds almost like it does when U know like u have a warped rotor and the wierd off balance rotating noise and u get vibration in the wheel when u brake.. However, This noise went away, it only started when I went thru KFC drive thru.. I dont think its rust, tho it could be.
Upon visual inspection rotor is perfect pads fine
Anything else??? everything works great on my car tho still..
