well since his car already has the herpes....

thats what im thinking...... and it says bonneville on it too.....

im not wondering so much if it will look good... im worried about how BAD it would look... but it cant be much worse than the herpes

i want to hide my herpes... but i dont know if the negatives of the hood protector are greater than the herpes

well, seeing as your hood needs to be repainted anyways, the possability of the bra scratching the paint, or damaging the paint, is pretty negligable isn't it? If you don't plan on repainting the hood anytime soon, just go with the bra instead IMO. It would look better than the bubbling paint.

that swhat im thinking.. i really have nothing to loose but a couple bucks, and it would be a few hundred less bucks ahan a repaint on the hood...

here is my opinion. Since it'll need a repaint, it'll look good til you get it done.

Also, if you are careful, and take off the bra and wash it and the hood regularly, you reduce the check of the paint scratching anyways. That's what I did with the Lumina.

You could check with Brianj on how it worked out for him. He put his on for a similar reason, IIRC.

ya and the nice thing is you can have the GM Bra off in under 3 seconds....its amazing

Pat's right, it takes me longer to get the GF's bra off then it does to do the bonnie! As in my sig pic, bra looks ok and hides my little blemish as well. I wash it every car wash inside and out, wax under it, and keep it on all season (even in winter). So far after about 3 years there is no fade or scuffing underneath. My blemish doesn't seem to be growing as a result either.
