Yeah they would've. Maybe with new management dodge will at least do it...does anybody know what the new GM trucks are going to look like in 2013? If they got a little better looking I might actually be more interested in them, although the newer body style isn't horrible either. I hope GM doesn't go the route ford took with the HD'*(ugly IMO). Still partial to dodge trucks though. Black 2500 Laramie Longhorn Crew Cab with a Cummins 6.7 and the 800lb/ft option would keep me happy for a long time. But I would definitely consider a Diesel Tahoe over that too...

As much as I hate how the 2013 Colorado has the generic Chevy car nose, its starting to grow on me..somewhat.

That silverado concept is just ugly.

I just found out that there is a Diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee slated for North America either this year or next. They are also looking at other options in sedans too. I am sure that GM is going to get more into the diesels too now.

Yeah I think they are going to be able to address issues with them now since they no longer have to ask Daimler for permission to do anything...Fiats a way better control company IMO...So they might actually sell better this time around...but who knows, there are so many variables

Never liked diesels and never had one until i bought my Transit last april, horrible noisy rattly things, buying the van put me off them more as it seems the Transit has the worst engine imaginable, but then its a Ford.I would put a petrol engine in it if i could find something big enough to pull a van that size but still give me similar mpg, around 30mpg at moment.

The Chevy 1/2 Duramax is floating around the truck forums again.

I don't know if I could get rid of my 04 CC Z71 to get one, but I might wait for a junker with a good engine if it happens. That'd be an awesome swap!
