Ahh, I bet you guys are very right. The little drain hole on the side of the muffler is where it most likely came from.

I think you nailed the oil part. Looks like those little black spots are floating on top of the water.

That'* exactly what it is. Condensation dripping from the muffler bleed hole or other exhaust leak.
The dark colour is caused from the carbon deposits in the burn fuel that mixed with the water vapour....or rust from the inside of your exhaust pipes.

Brake fluid..??? thanks for the laugh guys.

I'm putting $5 on it being carboned up water from the muffler. No oil resides in the muffler.
