what am i doing wrong?? (steering wheel controls)
when i got it apart, i didnt see what i was looking for as said in the techinfo write up.
i dont see anything close to a pin...just a bunch of goop in the holes. did the pins melt or....
im so confused

well i took the other side apart...and yes...they are def melted...weird?
on the other side, half of one pin is still there...
so now i just make new pins out of toothpicks
HOWEVER
i have no idea how long to make em, since mine are goop...anyone know off the top of there heads?

I'm guessing you'll have to do trial and error. Toothpicks are inexpensive so it shouldnt' be a problem. Just start out really small and work your way up until you're satisfied with how they work.. (oh, and cut the sharp end off.. you don't want to be puncturing anything. )
