This weekend... the club might have had four less members. Watched a minivan cut off a little Hyundai with almost no room to move (3 lane highway) from the far right to far left...then back..and back again. On his last trip across..he came in on the side of the Hyundai and the girl driving and her 3 friends slalom'd back and forth maybe 10-15 times before regaining control. We were behind and to the left...

Guy and his wife in the minivan were maybe early 40'*. Somehow I think they remember the nice folks in the big red truck.

Yeah. 16.

To be fair, in addition to bashing blue-hairs, you need to add 16-18 year old drivers as well. Inexperience accounts for as many problems as old age does.

At least with this incident, the culprit left her information. In the last year I had some hoser back his freakin' monster truck into my left rear quarter window on my CRX. I'm sure he never knew he hit it - he got away. And someone else damaged the headlight on my Accord - they got away too. Jerks.

Not only that, but middle aged people took their driving tests many years ago when there weren't as many cars on the road and not so many rules and regulations, they should receive a refresher course.

I don't think that having to retake a driver'* test every 2-3 years would be that big of a deal. Too bad many people don't share this with their "busy" schedules.

While I'm asking for too much, talking on cell phones while driving should be abolished as well.

Of course, though I'm 30...i think automakers should go back to crank windows, AM radios, vinyl seats and manual transmissions that are shifted on the column... Today'* cars have too many gadgets for people to play with while driving.

I had the best teacher... A Cop...

But everyone should know the rules of the road... I do not believe enough people truly do... Its the most irritating thing in the world, and common courtesy yeah whats that... Could have plenty of room in another lane but he** lets play chicken with an 18 wheeler thats trying to merge

Not to mention that most people can't even seem to grasp the elementary concept of using a turn signal.

WTF? 2 days later and my car gets hit again... this time i was inside my house when i got hit... i park my car in a empty parking lot of a closed down beauty salon. ( i have permission) and no one is allowed to park there as there is signs posted up. this morning my 2 way alarm pager starts ringing showing me that my shock sensor was set off. so i run outside and see some idiot in a white minivan peeling out the lot and going thru the stop sign at the corner. i could not get his plate but i know where he parks as i drove around looking for him and found his car..and got his plate and called the police.. he hit me on the back bumber on my passanger side and left a big square foot size black mark from his tire i believe. his car had a front tire with some rips and scratch,* but im sure it was him because the minivan was white with a brown back door with a (got jesus) sticker on the bumber....

so i sighed and used some mineral spirits and my buffer and it came right off expect the cracks it left in my paint from the hit.. this is so damn unfair.. the car is only 2 months old...and it seems like its not meant for me.. besides being hit twicre already i have almost been t-boned about 3 times from people running the stop sign on the corner of my block.... this is some luck i have huh?
