Default What'* it worth ?? 97 Bonneville SE

I've inheritied my late fathers 97 Bonneville SE and have been wondering what it'* worth. I've done a little research on http://www.kbb.com and http://www.edmunds.com, but wanted to get some experts opinions before putting it up for sale.

It'* white w/ a gray cloth interior. 80K miles. Hubcaps (not alloy rims) but does have rear spoiler. Stock AM/FM cassette. Basically a stock unmodified car. Solid car w/ no known issues. My father took good care of it and had it regularly serviced. Former florida car, now located in MA. Runs great (I drove it back from florida). It'* a great car, and I'd love to keep it, but other project cars in the garage/driveway force me to have to let it go.

Since the people here are Pontiac enthusiuasts, what would you pay for a Bonneville like this ??

This is NOT a forsale ad. I'm still waiting on a title from FL and need to take some photos before I post it forsale.

Thanks in advance,

John

Sorry to hear that. I send my condolences to your family. I was wondering you don't want to keep the car yourself for an everyday car? You never know, you might be very satisfied down the longrun. But for the year and model with no real fancy gadgets, the car is an estimated $5000.00

Thanks for the info guys.

I'd love to keep the car, but I bought a new 2003 Acura about a year ago. If I had inherited the Bonneville before I went car shopping, I'd be driving the Bonneville now

I really like the Bonneville as I was pleasantly suprised with the power from the V6. It'* definitely a car that I would be comfortable driving daily (great road trip car as I found out driving it back from Florida).

I'm putting an rebuilt engine in my 79 VW bus, so I've got enough vehicles now ( I just sold my 94 Tbird, and I have my brothers car stored in my garage - gotta get that one sold soon too).

I have thought (briefly) of keeping the car and putting on some aftermarket 17 inch rims and tinting the windows, but the car couldn't have come at a worst time (since I just bought a new car).

Here'* a pic I took the other day: http://john-perry.com/cgi-bin/mygall...o=IM000919.jpg

Thanks again,
