im sure thats 100% custom.

That's really clean. I like the engine cover, too. The other stuff that comes to mind is the set of intoxicatingly red metal goods around the engine. That's cool, too.

That's the cartuning turbo kit currently being discussed in chadow427's topic in Performance and Brainstorming.

does the turbo 3800 have motor mounts from a 3100? or am i wrong?

1994se 10-09-2007 09:27 PM

I'd start a new thread but all i know of it is what is on the ClubGP link. The original build was awesome but this is even better.

dbtk2 10-09-2007 09:44 PM

YOU CAN TURBO A GRAND PRIX????

Looks like a very nice car, tastefully done under the hood. Those cartuning kits are pretty nice too. I bet it runs very well.

i thinink the trans mount on the driver's side is the same. and maybe the same torque struts (dog bones). but i would believe that to be it.

edit- statement above is refering to stock mounts. that turbo 3800 probably has custom fabricated mounts.

if u mean the mounts that go from the core support to the front cyl head then, the engine side of those are different between the 3.1 and the 3.8. the bracket that bolts to the core support are same though. the dog bones are prob the same as well but not certain on those.

now, does my gp has a 3800? yes it does.

and not tryin to criticize, but please use a period in between sentances. that was a lil confusing. i think i got it tho.
