Traction Control, 98 SSEI

If you turn off the traction control, does it turn it self back on when you turn the car off and restart?

BTW...traction control turns off "some" of the torque management that keeps you from spinning the tires, however...the pcm will learn and pull back the reigns on you....even with TC disabled.
