Sam, what you need to do now is either get a cover for that plate (and perhaps coat it as well ), or spring for a different state plate with a darker base color.

bad news
didnt work out.. the film was a bitch to apply to the headlights
it was paper thin, hard to play with and stretch and doesnt stick good

so i tried using the same thick flim i used on my tail lights
after finishing it i had no light output at all lol
it cut the light out by atleast 50% so i just took it off... it looked so mean! i wish i can do it lol

so no front tint yet.. looking for another/better option

You know how expensive the keys are for our cars because of the PK3 right? Well we have an entirely more complicated system which ups the price of the key

Have you looked at spray on tint for the headlights yet?

the keys for our cars with the PK3 are about $20 just bought one couple months ago

I meant expensive compared to the $2-$3 keys you can have cut at a store.

i didnt wanna do something to the GXP headlights that i cant undo, they are very hard to replace..
i guess im gonnna have to live with the fact that i cant do them :(
