So we cleaned it and gave it a nice shine. Also cleaned the MAF, and i cleaned the inlet of the supercharger. The car feels like it has much better throttle response now

Leave the SC inlet the way it was in the future. The carbon buildup actually 'fills' the rough sand casting on the inlet that is responsible for increased temps under boost.

How'* the idle? Every time I've cleaned a TB and IAC, my idle has always smoothed out, even though I didn't think it was bad before.

Wren, that does make sense actually. Thank you for the advice.
So when you get a supercharger ported and polished, i am assuming that the inlet porting is cleaning up that rough casting. That is not the prettiest thing i have ever seen . What is done on the outlet? Pretty much the same thing, getting rid of the roughness, and also opening up the ends to make a triangle correct?

And yes it does idle much smoother.

Don, no after pics sorry. We were rushing, had to get some late season mowing in at my house. And we didnt get to the front pem yet, maybe this week though. I definently think the car has a 14 second pass in it the way it is. I hit that 15.20 and that wasnt on a pretty launch. With a little better launch i know a 15 flat was possible. And that was FULL weight (including spare, jack, and alot of misc stuff in the car), also head light was in and that wasnt helping.
