In the winter you should remove your 3800 Series II plastic cover. heh. My mom pulled in the driveway today and parked her car and I was like "wtf is that smell.." I go up to the front of her car and it smells like burning somethin and ****. well, I take that cover off and low and behold there is a rat nest all under that cover between the fuel injectors, and under the little gap between the intake plenum and the manifold below it. There was a nice and cooked rat in there too. ugh. anyway, make sure you check under there for rats.

The rats get way to big down here in Texas to even worry about that

I changed my alternator on my 1994 the other day and there was a mouse nest under it and between the upper and lower intakes. I guess it'* a problem on the Series I also.

Need to get that sucker moving a big heavy flywheel. That way if he dies, you don't feel it right away. No sudden loss of power that way.
