That is a normal price on ebay but that looks like a generic set. If I were you I'd get HIDs off of ddm tuning. Everyone seems to have a good experience with them and good quality.

HIDs for high beams isn't really a good idea. The ballasts don't like to be turned on and off a lot like what is done with high beams frequently.

Question can someone point me in the right direction![B][/B]

Im looking on ddmtuning.com for a BRIGHT (8000k or so) Highbeam and low beam HID kit for my 1992 Bonneville SE. but there are so many options. Raptors, slim ballast HID kits, ect.

I want as bright as possible but cheap. What is my best choice for Highbeams? Lowbeams?

Do you want the brightest possible (6000K pure white) or 8000K which is bright and has the blueish tint?

Uhh i use just regular high beam bulbs. I guess you could try silverstar ultras.

Also you'll want this kit and select 35W, 9006 for bulb type, and then your color temperature
