Default need advice on plugs, picked up the wrong ones

This morning I went and got plugs to install with my new 3.4" pulley. I asked the guy at NAPA for one range colder and he gave me Autolite 606'*. After researching here and Autolites web page that is the stock heat range. I allready have set of NGK tr-55 v-power gapped at .55" with about 9,000mi on them. I went ahead and cleaned and regapped the NGKs to .55" and put them back in. They were in great shape so I know for a today they'll be fine but is it ok to regap a copper plug? I will probably have to order the NGKs off the net since NAPA cant get that particular type anymore. I guess in short will I be ok for a week or so till I have time to get a new set in?

Yep...for us older folks, pulling the plugs and re-gapping them was *.O.P.

Edit - BTW, the Autolite 605'* (one range colder) are available at both Autozone and Advance. I ended up at Advance when the brain trust at Autozone couldn't figure out how to walk back and take them off the shelf when the computer said that I had to have 606'*.

Rogue told me in another thread that the TR55'* were one heat range colder that my stock plugs. I'm assuming by that case, that the TR55'* would be the same heat range as the Autolite 605'*. :?
