Test of Knowledge
Theres a couple of members I'm aiming to test with this question. Let's see how they do.
On my 97 SSEi I noticed the passenger mirror on the visor is not lit. As in it does not have lights. Was the lit visor an option on an SSEi or did Mickey and Donald play with visors as well? My lit one will hopefully be delivered with other parts tomorrow morning. I'm so glad my local supplier bought a 97 parts car. |

Mine didn't work for a wee bit.... But after mickey and donald played with them a bit they worked... ;) __________________ Best Car Insurance | Auto Protection Today | FREE Trade-In Quote |

I've never had an issue with it either. Granted the car is only 6 years old, though.

Bill the SSEi should have the drivers side and passenger side Visor mirrors light. they are RPO code D64, and D74, as for the connectors you practically have to drop the headliner to get to them...thats the way they are from the factory |
Then why....doesn't my passenger have the stinkin light?

it was replaced by the previous owner that has the car, and replaced it with one that didnt have the lights or it was deleted when the car was ordered |

|
Bill, isn't your passenger's mirror a completely different shape than the driver's (or the one I gave you)? That might be out of a Park Ave or Lesabre for all I know.
|
I need to order the matching visor from my parts distributor
|
randman's pull-a-part, huh.
It's here... just collecting dust. |
Not for long... I'm putting an order together.
