I was reading on this chat about a 1999 Pontiac bonneville with intermittent dying problem no one could figure out, my bonne has the same problem did you find out what the problem was????

Default 1999 bonne mystery illness

About that 1999 Pontiac Bonneville, I have replace fuel filter, plugs, wires, thermostat, fuel pump seems to be fine, runs great other than dying, does so more in warm weather does not do it much in the winter, someone help me please!!!!!!

Start by checking the battery cables, both ends of both cables. Clean them up real good. They tend to get corroded and can cause problems.

How about your power windows/door locks? Do they work ok when the engine dies?

Did u clean up the other ends of the cables? not just where they attach to the battery.
