What is it Worth 97 SSEI Black and Tan?

Lady owned
She says that she has replaced these parts in the last 1year, New Trans, alternator, air conditioning (thats what she said) and PwrBrakeBooster.
Color Black, interior is tan
SW car, no rust or rott
Body has some dings but it is very clean
HU
Moonroof
She says that it has been serviced always and she has the reciepts
What do you think?

I would suggest running it through http://www.kbb.com/ (Kelly Blue Book). SHould you need a loan, that'* what most banks use, plus it gives you an idea of "fair" pricing in your area

YES it is dirty, the desert is hard in keeping cars clean.

not to hijack the post, but how many differnet wheel options for the 97 ssei. My rpo has a PF5 code. (different than pictured). And what of the flat cover over the pcm?

I think nick has been bitten by the SC bug. nick, if the receipts are there to back it up, the price sounds resonable (especially, if it is a starting point or are they firm?). I noticed the flat pcm cover too. that usually indicates a '96. It doesn't look like it is in Tucson. How far away is it to look at. Let'* take a road trip.
