Default Air Ride Compressor on an 89 Olds Delta 88

I am wanting to know it there is a way to rebuild or repair the compressor without buying a new one. Mine still works but it has rusty looking comping out of the rear air lines when you disconnect them from the air struts. I recently replaces all the suspension all the way around with the Monroe Sensa-Trac suspension and man does it ride alot better minus the air ride not being hooked up due to the water issue. So is there a way to rebuild the compressor or just repair it. Or even just replace a filter maybe inside the compressor to get rid of the moisture. Any and all advice will be helpfull. Thanks.

I misspelled a few words above. I was meaning to say rusty looking water coming out of the rear air lines when u disconnect them.
