Default ssesc93 Took a '04 Comp G on the run

As it says. He was going in to work this morning and an '04 GP comp G was playing with him on the freeway. So....he gave the Supercharged SSE the go and got the jump on the comp G. The Comp G couldn't catch up in time to avoid traffic.

Now before anyone starts flaming, it is no secret that the Comp G could have taken the 93 in a closed course...but the fact of the matter is that this is real life, and traffic, amoung countless other variables come into play.

Good job Steve!

The '04'* are slower than the 97-03'* for some reason. I raced one in the '90 Turbo Grand Prix and beat it...of course that was bracket racing, but he dialed in a 15.20 and I dialed in a 15.22 so it was basically a normal race.

Great kill man. I was actually thinking about getting a gtp comp G but I think I'll stick with an ssei for my next car. Those comp G'* I hear do have power considering there supercharged. But I love bonnies and I am gonnna go look around for an ssei soon. hey before I go I have a question. I saw mitsubishi 3000gt today and I was wondering, if you put one of them up against a ssei, who do u think would win? Again great kill, made me realize what my next car should obviously be.

do the 3000gt have stock turbos or twin turbos? because if I am not mistaken that would be a huge and the deciding factor in the who outlook of the race. But won't the bonneville'* unreal torque also be a factor to?

Any blown engine, whether it'* SC or turbo, will have more torque. You're talking about two blown engines here, but the 3000gt, if I remember right, has more psi that our roots SC...

Since you two were both dailed in at near identical times thats a good example of a "realistic" street race. But what times does a Comp G get on just a time run?

Depends on the 3000GT, if its base or SL it isnt inducted. If its a Vr-4 thats TT and will eat you alive. But any SSEi should take an SL or base.
