Stupid headliner's falling in...
 

Anyone know of a cheap fix to glue that sucker back up? I was thinking of that spray glue, but I heard that it sucks. Any ideas??

I think it can only be replaced for any decent fix, try it though. Maybe some photo mounting stuff too.

Maybe some tacks the same color of the interior. Probably not the best looking solution, but could be fine until you get it fixed completely. But I heard that is a couple hundred dollars.

You know, I've done some stupid things in the past, but someone, before I bought the car, used good ol' duct tape all across the back headliner to stick it up to the back window!! I mean to tell ya, A LOT of duct tape. I saw that and went :duh: :flames:

I too suferred from "the sky falling" and I think I found the perfect solution. While I was in Wal-Mart picking up my Silver Stars, I found these things called Saggy Stoppers (I thought of giving it to some women i know at work but i thought twice about it). Anyway, I think they cost less than a couple of bucks for 8 of these thingy-ma-bobbers and you simply twist them into the parts of the headliner that are sagging and "Voila" instant headroom!!!

I used spray adheasive on my ol ford to keep the head liner up and it worked good... Just remember to clean everything up and dont be shy with the spray :) hehe duct tape :thumbup2:

I am now coming to the conclusion that the guy before me did NOT do any of the mods that are on this car...Mek a nik?? Wha's dat???

Yes, they are made of clear plastic so they blend in with the headliner but they are visable.

Classy? NO! Practical? Absolutely!

Thee Cheapest Way! I'm just giving you a temporary solution until you can figure out, or devise, a better way to solve this problem. I think someone posted a way of removing the old headliner and installing a new headliner through their front door. But the pro's do it by removing the front windshield. I also believe that you can possibly use some sort of spray adhesive. Let us know what you decide to do.
