SSEi Handling
Just looking at cars on edmunds.com and SSEi's look to be at the top of the game for handling when compared to other ser2 L67 cars.
97' SSEi- .80g 97' LSS- .79g 97' GTP- .79g 97' Regal GS- .77g 97' Ultra- .76g OUCH! Looks like h- bodys out handle the w-bodys. |
I don't think that the average person could feel .01 g's though LOL
May as well call it pretty even. |
In my experience of driving SSEi's and my GTP, the GTP is much more responsive and nimble.
The SSEi still handles good for a big car though. |
I know, I was just kidding around. The PA on the other hand I can see as being a not so good handler.
|
The SSEi should outhandle an F body as well. That's been published more than once. The SSEi is a more stable platform than the GTP which is why it will withstand more G's laterally.

The only suspension work I have done are the Monroe Sensatrac shocks w/ my stock F41. I haven't done much research on handling but seeing my skidpad has grabbed my interest now. I'll do a search on the energy suspension end links. Heard of em but don't know what they are all about.

Shocked Seriously? Can it outhandle a say 99-04 Mustang as well? Some punk hs kids realize my car is faster than their Mustang but think they can take my "boat" in the twisties. |
