Speed

Do you think that the SE and SLE Bonnevilles are fast or do you think that they are slow?

I guess it depends upon what you are comparing it to...I think that mine is a dog out of the hole...but has good topend speed.

mike_peperni 05-04-2006 10:15 PM

Yes.

Depend of your need tought.

Hans 05-04-2006 10:28 PM

depends what you are used to driving, in my opinion most bonnevilles are too slow. not that I have ever drvin a seriously modded b-ville but stock they are slow ssei or not.

hower compared to older imports or dodge/ford of the same year the bonnevilles usually are faster.

sqela 05-04-2006 10:34 PM

slow yet nothing that wonder full green stuff called money can't fix 8)

vital49 05-04-2006 10:37 PM

It's all relative. What are you comparing it against? I've always been very happy with the torque curve of a NA 3800.

Gumball 05-04-2006 11:03 PM

mine can do 108 anytime I want it to.

and dont believe Toastedoats. he doesn't know what slow is. :)

Sure Toasted understands slow...he's driven slow for Jim to keep up

Slow/Fast is all relative. Personally if I hadn't bout a supercharged car, i'd be perfectly happy with an NA car. There's always something faster than you, and typically there's always something slower than you.

Please try to post topics like this somewhere other than the mechanical sections. I'll move this one for you.
