Default SQUEALING

does anyone know what the hell is wrong with my car when every corner i turn a high pitched squealing sound comes out and it sound like its comin from the right front tire area. Could it be a CV (critical Velocity ) joint, a shitty strut that needs a monroe refelx put in its place or something other that that?, please help.
