Default ohh battery ohh battery (kinda long)

ok guys got a battery story for ya...my old battery was pretty much shot and i knew it, i had to get it jumped once, and since it was cold outside i was hoping it was just one of those one off times where it just needed a boost. after the second time it happened and i had to call AAA, i decided it was time for a new battery. so i went to autozone and picked me up a optima yellow top. got home and disconnected the negative, and when i tried to disconnect the positive, the whole terminal just broke off, side post, bolt cable, all......imagine just the whole positive cable and everything around it comming apart. try as i might, the bolt just wasent going to come off. i tried till i broke the only socket i had for it, after that i shut it up, and went back in for the night. the next day, went and picked up a dremel. $70 for a decent one because i figured hey....i'll use it for somethin else. after about 20 minutes of dremel time it became evidant that it was not going to come lose, a couple pieces of corosion and some little pieces of metal decided to fly through the vent holes in my saftey glasses that i had over my regular glasses (had to throw that in since i was told by a bunch of people that "i should have had on saftey glasses")......well after that i said forget it, im not dealing with it. called a wrecker, had it towed to the dealer. after $70 and a trip to the emergency room so far, i decided that it was a sign....drop it off and tell the service manager that i what the cable replaced..REPLACED, well you can imagine what they do, cut the bolt, put in my yellow top and charge me $120, i was so livid. according to him the cable was "still good" and that it didnt need "replacing".....i told him thanks for not performing the requested service for a customer and asked to speak to the manager of the dealership.....what a waste of time that was. just kinda venting, its been an annoying few days...
