So sorry to hear and see it. I was looking forward to seeing your car at the Philly meet. Glad that you walked away from that one.

I got the hood open. The Front TOG header and cross over are definitely toast but the engine and trans seem like they might be ok. A friend with a plasma cutter is going to come over some time within the next weekand were going to pull the engine/trans. I have a place to store it too.
I would like to get back into a bonny but it'* probably going to have to wait a while. I'm going to do some asking around and get a beater for now. I was thinking to find a UIM failed 95 SLE and pop that motor in there eventually.

Man, Mike, you nailed that pole. Were you unfamiliar with the road, or were the conditions poor for driving? It'* tough to see your hard work ruined, but at the same time I know I would just be happy to be in one piece. Take it easy, and don't worry about your car. You'll figure something out, and someday when you've got a nice engineering job and a pile of money, you can buy a fun car to tinker with.

Yeah I was pretty familiar with the road. I pretty much just overestimated my handling and the dryness of the road not to mention it is not a very well lit area. Pretty crappy situation but it only gets better from here.
