Default side mirror turn signals

I saw these on ebay. It says you can wire them directly to the fuse box. Has anybody here tried these? Wondering how they would look on the bonnie ? I didnt see a tech info

I don't think they would look so good on a bonneville personally since our mirrors are smaller in size. This would also be the first time I have seen those, and I am assuming the same for most others, so that is probably why there is no tech info on them.

How are blue lights "100% legal"??? As far as I know, no blue lights anywhere on a car unless it'* an emergency vehicle....

And personally, I think the look kinda tacky just stuck on there. It'* not that hard to do it right. Get real replacement mirrors, drill through the relector material on the back, mount lights behind that, and stick 'em in. Then they look "stock"

Way ghetto. Ghetto and ricey at the same time. Not only that, but on the front surface, it'* too distracting to the driver.

Do like John said. Put them BEHIND the front surface of the mirror like the professional sets are. Or add the thin ones that go on the OUTSIDE of the mirror housing.

hmm these might work if they came out with a version that was made of that EL strip stuff because that stuff is flat. but yah i dont like this version of the sticky out turn signal.

EL wouldn't be bright enough to see very well. We're doing alot of development work with the stuff at HP, and it'* fine for signs indoors and such, but not outdoor bright day use, or nighttime with someone'* headlights shining on it.
