Default Serpentine Belt

My serpentine belt came off last night when I went through a puddle, which caused a nice little problem. How do I go about putting it back on? I see the diagram under the hood but i can't figure out how to stretch the belt enough to go over all the pullys. I have a 93 SSE. Thanks.

i think they call it a "breaker bar" u put it on this nut and u pull it do give u more slack to put on the belt. im not sure which pulley the bolt is on but u should see it. otherwise u could wait for a more expert opinion from will or sumone. gl

I got it figured out....the tension pully is spring loaded which didn't notice before. It was real simple and i'm happy to have it done. thanks though!
