Default 2003 Cadillac DHS

vibration in front end, have had new struts installed as well as wheel alingment and wheels balanced and new tires but vibration sill present at 40 mph or faster. Have 79,000 miles on car never been in an accident. Any ideals as to what could be wrong?

New rotors and drums in 2010.

Can you narrow the vibration down to a wheel? If so, move that rotor over to the other side and see if the vibration follows it. It'* free, and relatively easy. If the vibration follows, then you found the culprit.
