remote start & keyless?

remote start & keyless?
I'm definately going to be getting a remote starter, but I don't knwo if I should spend the $50 or not to have keyless built into the remote starter so that I don't have two different remotes for the keyless/remote start. There'* about a $50 and 1.5 hour difference between the two.. I can't decide if I should get the keyless with the remote starter or not since I already have it.. What do you think?

I'd try to get it all on one remote, i'm getting aViper 791 installed in next week. 2 different clickers will be annoying over time, just pop to get it all on one. You'll be happier in the end

The only thing I worry about is accidently bumping it while I'm somewhere and unlocking my doors on accident.. that'd not be a good thing! Do you know if the perimeter lighting and all that would still work with the aftermarket keyless or not?

My remote starter also runs the keyless entry, and the lights flash when I lock/unlock (1 flash = lock, 2 = unlock). The only problem is, you can't program the factory options with the starter remote, so I still end up carrying both, but I don't have to.

Keep the factory keyless-entry transmitter in a safe place; replace it with a remote-starter transmitter that also unlocks the car.
Come to think of it, assuming you have a factory security system on the car anyway, the remote starter will have to ground the Factory Alarm Shutdown Wire while starting the car, and doing so has the side effect of unlocking the car anyway. This is true of my '93 SSEi; yours may or may not be similar.
