Default Safety Recall?

I was just at Autozone again, and asked the guy about the Dorman heater hose elbows. He said they were taken off the shelves because of a safety recall. He says they were prone to failure at the o-rings. Well, we kinda knew that for a long time.
He told me the local AC-Delco parts store has the AC delco brand instock. Duh, already knew that.

So I googled the part # and Dormans website shows nothing about it.

Dorman part #47065

I bought a new set of Dormans in December for my tensioner swap. I haven't had any problems with them when properly installed — but I only use one of the elbows, so if the problem is with the other one, I wouldn't know.

I'll take a look the next time I'm there and see if they're still on the shelf.

My guess would be that the issue is the front elbow, not the rear.
