Finding out the 02 has been leaking water lately. Both front sunroof drains. That one was pretty easy to find. I had issues with the drivers side front on my 95 a few years ago too. So I pretty much new what that was. But the trunk leak was a new one for me. After searching here I learned about the spoiler, brake light, trunk seal and seems could be the problem.
So I removed the trunk lid fabric and the plastic panel inside the lid of the lid. I climbed in the trunk and the wife flooded it. She flooded it a lot and nothing :? After not seeing anything I had her turn the car around, it was pulled in the driveway on an incline. As soon as she started flooding it with the car backed in I found it. It is leaking at the trunk seal. The water is going up under the seal and in the trunk just like others have posted.
One question, what should I use to clean that sealant out of there, Googone? What should I use to reseal it, RTV?

You can use RTV if you want to but i usually use weather strip adhesive. They should have it at any parts store of hardware store, Googone should work just fine to get the old stuff off, some times for really stubborn stuff ill spray brake clean in to a rag and do it that way.
