Exotic Wheels. Dosen't respect the Bonnie!!!!
http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...ic.php?t=10764
After this happened and they called me to pick up my reimbursement check. When I
got there they only offered half the cost. $30. After a battle of words I said I would be satisfied with $40, just the cost to have the studs repaired which they damaged. But that request was denied and I was told that " it'* only ten dollars".
I could not believe that after a week of dealing with this problem that they would not
pay the full amount. But that'* done now. So I just wanted to let anyone looking to buy a set of aftermarket wheels at Exotic Wheels in the chicago area, that you may want to spend your money with a company that respects it. And not give excusses for not taking responsibility for their mistakes.
PS. The car tatoo of they logo they put on my car was in a bad accident with a razor
blade. It didn't make it.

Maybe we should keep a list of shops and/or dealers we've all been to that we
don't or do recommend. This could save someone in your area some money and
more importantly some stress.

Dunno if I would, personally, because it would just end up being done by some gorilla who manages to scratch the paint in the process. Probably better to do it yourself with a hair dryer and plastic spatula or old credit card, 'cause you'll be motivated to do a good job on your own car, not a hack job.

You bring a good point about some idiot doing it. Although i'm sure they do it a lot to pull off dealer badges from used vehicles.
My badge came off pretty easy, 10 year old glue doesn't hold up to well to a 19 year old guy..
