I'm totally not a fan of the oversize wheels, but I'll make an exception for '90-'95 Caprices and Impalas. The stock wheels on those cars are disproportionately small. A nice set of 22's looks just about right on them, proportionally speaking.
I see a lot those cars around here, usually driven by young, African American males (not being racist here, just objectively observing the demographic). They seem to especially like former police cars--Caprices and Crown Vics. They like to leave the spotlights in the windshield posts and the push bars on the front bumpers. They'll put the oversize wheels on them and "boompa-boompa" stereos. The part that gets me is they put decal wraps on them with logos for things like Cheetos or McDonald's or my personal favorite, Starburst jelly beans. I just can't imagine driving around in a car that looks like a giant candy wrapper. |
We have one that is purple and has skittles on it and a resses one also oh and a family guy one

Reading this thread reminded me of another forum I'm on. Most people out there find my car to be "rice" because of the light setup.
Cars are all about opinion, and only the person who drives that car is the one that matters. (Not that I would drive any of these...except the Ford) |
