removing cigarette tray in my 99 se
 

i want to take the whole "dawer" out, not just the part that you would take out for the ashes

ive messed with it but i cant figure out how to do it

Is this a bench seat? If so.. push down on the tab that sticks in the middle..most think it's for putting out the cig on ,.

Didya check underneath? I believe there may be a couple of screws holding it in.

You may have to have the ashtray out when you go under to look

very similar to my buick ash tray. there are tabs on the sides at the very back of the slider area. that's you're only hope. don't muck it up. you might want to put it back in someday. ;)
