Default GM Top Engine Cleaner -> no smoke!

I ran a can of GM top engine cleaner through my car today before I changed the oil and expected to smoke my neighbors out of their houses -- but after the 20 minute soak, I started her up again, and there was no smoke whatsoever. I could tell it was getting through the system, because it was idling rough, and I could certainly *smell* it. At 132k miles, I expected *something* to burn off.

Any ideas? Maybe my engine was cleaner than I thought -- or maybe that coolant that got dumped through my failed intake steam cleaned the whole thing

Straight to the manifold vacuum source on the upper intake -- it'* a little cylinder-like thingy with a couple of vacuum lines running to it on the left (i.e., closest to the cockpit) side of the plenum. I unplugged the brake booster line from the vacuum source and used a spare length of tubing I had laying around to dunk into the can. My brake booster line split at the ends when I pulled it off, but there was plenty of slack in it so I just cut about an inch off, lubed it with silicone grease, and put it back on when I was done.
