Is it possible.....
to make ur dash lights a blue-ish tint...as apposed to the reddish stock tint?
and if so....how would u do it? juz replace all of the bulbs? |
harofreak00 tried to do it and has a great write up, but was never successful

I worked with him a few times on this.
The dash has a red tint/film in it behind the white. The white /red also transmits lights thru, not just being lit from behind. It may be possible, but it's not easy. |
they make blue dash kits for the 96-99 models...
here is a shot of someone who has themhttp://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/756344/3 and here is where you can buy them http://store.yahoo.com/procarparts/pobo92blregl.html click on the picture to see what they look like lit up. |
hmm doubt they would work since the 96-99 dashes are diffent from the 92, right?
either way doesn't sound like an easy process....... *edit* - i just looked at the sites u linked....they look cool....but doesn't look as though it will would for an ssei model....i'd miss my boost gauge...and probably some other things..... |

Also, they are only available for the SE with tachometer -no SSE or SSEi clusters.

Ouch...there's plenty of them made.
I haven't looked up production numbers .... but I see SSEi's all over. Matter of fact theres a beautiful champagne one near my parents place. With a handicap sticker on the mirror. Can you imagine crippled ole gramma driving an SSEi? |
