I know that Don has a scantool that will read yours, but he is in Titusville. How bad is your problem? Is it bad enough that you wouldn't want to put 100+ miles on it? Or can it wait until October and you come visit us for SEBF07? We fix you right up!

Your best bet would be to get an Actron 9110 with the CP9111 cartridge and a CP9115 patch cable. These are sometimes available on ebay reasonably. You'll need the CP9115 adaptor cable for yours, since it has an OBD2 connector, but reads OBD1 programming. We often refer to theis as GM'* OBD 1.5...
Anyway, I think you can still get a patch cable from Slug, a member here, instead of buying the CP9115.
FYI, here'* a site that lists the items I just mentioned, so that you can recognize them when you see them on ebay.

EDIT: Hey! Guess what?! I found another for sale on ebay for you at a decent price. The seller, tradervar, has sold a number of these to members here and has a pretty good rep from what I know. this auction ends late today and has 0 bidders so far.

Good luck!
Oh, you will still need the patch cable; either CP9115 or get one from Slug.
