Its the type of rims that are on bonne94ssei'* car, look above ^^^^...they are factory upgrade wheels on 2000 SSEi'*... 17" chrome..im not sure if you can get them on 2001'* but my 2000 has them..

2001 had them as well.

The term "swoopie" is a BonnevilleClub created name. I'm not sure who dubbed it originally.
